For Laser Hair Removal and Skin Treatment You must:

1.  Be 18 years or older

2.  Have a valid Australian mobile number and email address

3.  Have a valid Australian debit or credit card

4.  Provide your personal information, such as your name, address and date of birth.

Booking and Cancelation policies:


Booking:
- Appointments for Skin and Laser treatments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by calling our clinic.
- A consultation may be required before booking certain laser treatments to assess the client's suitability and discuss treatment options.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

Cancellation:
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other clients scheduled after the appointment.

Rescheduling:
- Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty if done with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Policy Enforcement:
- Our clinic reserves the right to enforce these booking and cancellation policies to ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment of all clients.
- Exceptions may be made in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of the clinic management.
